Privacy at CCS Tech Group

Your information, explained

How assessment and enquiry details are handled in the current website.

Pre-launch notice, updated 28 October 2026. CCS must confirm its legal entity, address, privacy contact, applicable lawful bases, processor arrangements, transfer safeguards and retention schedule before this notice is ready for public launch. This draft is not a statement of GDPR certification.

Who is responsible?

This website is presented as CCS Tech Group. Its registered legal identity, business address and working privacy contact have not yet been supplied. The contact form currently cannot deliver messages, so it is not yet an operational privacy-request channel.

What you provide and why

Assessments process your full name, corporate email, optional company, selected business context, answers and notes to produce your results and downloadable report. Answers remain in the current tab during the assessment and are not saved for later. No automated decision is made about your eligibility for employment, credit or another regulated service. Corporate-domain screening does not verify mailbox ownership or incorporation.

Contact and discovery forms process your name, corporate email, company where required, role, message, consent acknowledgement and scheduling preferences to respond to your request. They do not subscribe you to marketing.

Where information goes

The application calculates assessment results without writing submissions to a database. Reports download directly to your device. Hosting logs and security systems may separately process technical request information.

If advertising is configured and you choose to enable it, Google and LinkedIn may receive technical and campaign information about site visits and configured conversions. Do not place advertising tags on sensitive-data pages. When delivery is configured, enquiries are routed through Microsoft Graph into CCS’s designated mailbox. Mailbox retention and any further CRM processing must be confirmed by CCS. Cloudflare may process technical data for hosting and, when enabled, bot verification. No claim is made that those services process data only in a particular country.

Legal bases and retention

CCS must confirm the lawful basis for each activity before launch, including responding to prospective client requests, providing assessments and protecting the site against abuse. Optional advertising uses your choice. The form acknowledgement is not a blanket consent to unrelated processing. Security counters in this application expire within one hour; provider logs and delivered email have separate retention requirements that remain to be confirmed.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw permission for advertising and complain to your competent supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. A functioning privacy contact and request process must be provided before public launch.

Before you submit

Do not include passwords, customer records, confidential documents or sensitive personal information in assessment notes or enquiry messages. Until the outstanding details are confirmed, this notice remains a pre-launch draft.
